The Urban Child Institute
The Urban Child Institute is working with trusted partners across the city and county to secure a future where children in Memphis are not raised by children, but instead are born into and raised by strong and stable families; where the adults in their lives love and care for them, and are able to provide them with essentials, certainly including nutrition and shelter and access to health care, but also an environment that enriches their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
